Job Description

- Prepare and update organizational chart, job descriptions and job requirements for all current and planned for future positions - Providing and updating HR data base - Plan and execute personnel appraisals based on their job requirement - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to bring up positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Responsible for training need assessment, planning, providing training, and training effectiveness evaluation - Development of HR systems and processes - Development and implementation of performance management system - Maintaining and updating all records of personnel of the organization - To perform as an Expert of HR, work closely with colleagues in manufacturer - Assisting all HR activities

Requirements

• Education: Master Degree in MBA/ HR Management from a reputable university, GPA : upper 15 • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR field • Deep knowledge in HR field • Ability to work as a team player • Conceptual and Analytical Skills • Language: Fluent in English • Good communication skills • Familiar with Labor and Social laws • Ideal Age Range: 26-35 • Only Male
