Job Description
- Design training and development plans regarding to strategies Design of organizational culture model. - Analyze training needs to develop new training programs modify and improve existing programs. - Plan, design and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely process. - Identify training needs through surveys, consultation with managers and the results of performance assessments. - Making films and catalog for training and development - Monitor the correct implementation of courses and measuring the training effectiveness - Design performance management system regarding company requirements - Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement - Analysis statistical data from Performance appraisal data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or related fields - Flexibility, honesty, ability to communicate at all levels, team working and time management - Highly motivated and Innovative - Very good communication skill and interpersonal relation - Ability to work under pressure - Familiar with training Assessments - Good Command of MS office - At least 5 years of relevant experience - Gender Preference: Male - Age: 30 - 40
