Job Description
- Define and build PMO. - Define organisational model. - Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure alignment to strategy. - Create working relationships with project managers. - Overall risk management. - Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programs. - Design and implement Performance Management System and track the deliverables. - Responsible for tools, standards and methodology i.e. project management templates
Requirements
- Education: BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 4 years - Planning and Project Control using Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) - Good communication and analytical skills - Leadership skills - Ability to perform under pressure - Cope with continuously new challenges - Self-confidence - Being Familiar with PMBOK & AGILE - Being Familiar with EPM & SharePoint
