- Recording events in relevant systems for referral to second-line experts.
- Monitoring and analyzing alarms received
- Extracting different data for daily and weekly reporting to other parts of the company and employer.
- Supporting On-call experts during off-hours.
Requirements
• Familiar with Telecom/computer networks.
• Work experience with mobile networks.
• Acceptable knowledge in PL/SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team working and organizational participation
• At least a bachelor degree in Computer, IT, ITC, Telecommunications.
• Intermediate or preferably upper intermediate level proficiency in English.
• Willing to work in a rotational shift for 12 hours during days or nights.
