- Define the annual sales target
- Defining and implementing the business plan and sales strategy as a team leader to achieve and exceed the sales target
- Attract the new opportunities within the new markets
- Develop the existing business of company
- Managing all sales activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Manages, coaches and recruits the sales persons
- Allocate the persons to sales territories
- Coordinate the activity of sales persons
- Controlling & monitoring the sales persons activities and performance
- Assisting the sales persons to prepare the offers and presentations
- Conducts one-on-one review with all sales persons to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales persons and activity performance
- Providing the sales and activities reports to the managing director of company
- Adheres to all the company policies, procedures and codes of ethics
- At least 3 years of experience in managing foreign sales section
- Have a relevant university degree in business, management or marketing. MBA is a big plus
- Strong understanding of Customers and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales persons
- Strong coordination, communication and administrative skills
- English written and spoken fluently is a must
- French and Arabic languages are an advantage
- Well organized
- Understands and can articulate/communicate key competitors differentiating factors, strategic initiatives, competitive positioning, pricing, market share, etc.
- Professional in Microsoft word, excel, power point
