Job Description

• Supervising the proper implementation of financial systems and methods including financial accounting, consolidated accounting and operational accounting • Control of the company's cash resources and supervision of financial operations and maintenance and regulation of legal offices • Control of operations and documents related to receipt and payment and issuance of necessary licenses within the specified authority • Supervise the correct implementation of internal control and audit regulations and necessary coordination between supervised units • Supervising the preparation of reports and financial statements in the designated periods and their approval Estimating next year's revenues based on current year revenues and projected additional revenues equal to financial standards, regulations and guidelines issued • Predicting and estimating the needs of supervised affairs, including manpower, hardware, software, and tracking the supply and provision of needs • Supervising the consumption of the approved budget based on the relevant criteria • Ensuring the use and application of up-to-date standards and documents according to the company's criteria • Controlling the observance of quality standards established in the company in the relevant field of work • Pursue the elimination of audit inconsistencies and the correct and timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures in related activities. • Determining the financial position of the company and reporting to management upon request • Submitting the balance sheet and tax return on time
