-Managing all finance affairs -Preparing management reports -Planning, managing and developing the skills of the financial team members through training and coaching -Managing and controlling costs -Analyzing strengths, weaknesses and managing the financial issues -Communicating closely with all departments -Providing Financial Reports and Annual Budgeting -Developing and promoting financial system and reducing financial risk -Compiling and analyzing annual goals by implementing financial strategies and monitoring trends and outcomes -Identifying business opportunities -Maintaining and strengthening business relations with company representatives


-Master's or PhD degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputable university -Over 5 years work experience in finance management in manufacturing companies -Domination of creative and critical thinking skills -Analytical approach to work -Mastery of Industrial Accounting, Financial Standards, Tax and Insurance rules -Problem solving Ability -Time management -Advanced in MS Office (Specially Excel and PowerPoint) -Strong communication skills, honest, and hard worker -Results Oriented -Having internal and international educational records related to Finance management -Reliable and trustworthy in keeping the Organizational secrets -Highly skilled in negotiations -Statistical analysis and planning in the field of finance, budgeting -Multiple managerial skills -Ability to travel to the company manufacturing facility in Hashtgerd Industrial City -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal age: 30 – 40 -Based in Tehran
