Job Description

Consultation in the fields: - Routine financial & accounting activities. - Records of financial transactions and relevant documents. - Accounts and statement reconciliation. - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. - Plan, modify, develop and implement the record keeping and accounting system. - Supervision of the executive of financial accounting system, credits and banking affairs, insurance and the ministry of finance. - Managing and handling all the activities and reports regarding the payments, taxes, VAT, bank accounts, salaries, insurances, social security and etc. - Develop and improve the financial system, processes and reports. - Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching. - Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions. - Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping. - Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

Requirements

-At least Master Degree in accounting. - Minimum 8 years of experience. -3 years management experience. - Well knowledge and skills on financial processes. - Compliance on Corporate Income tax, Withholding tax, Value Added tax and Stamp tax. - Preparation of Independent Audit Report, Annual Report, Local Transfer Pricing Report, 3rd party reports/requests related to Accounting & Tax. - Excellent managerial skills, Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. - Strong organization and decision-making skills. - Team player with strong commercial acumen. - Team working and leadership skills. - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and accounting software. - Demonstrated strong analytical and communication/team work skills. - Commitment to the team, willing to produce successful results efficiently, ready for challenges and mastering existing knowledge. - Consulting abilities and skills.
