- Advising the MD on investment planning and risk management - Advising on merger acquisition options and be involved in the process of decision making - Designing stock option scenarios for the team and personnel and be involved in implementation and managing the legal steps - Reviewing and provide financial analysis on new business lines and growth plans - Assisting on valuation estimation for new development plans - Interpreting about financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projects. - Finding and recommending investment opportunities according to company strategy and once approves be involved in the process
