Job Description

Iran Warehouse is a new warehouse company offering storage and logistics solutions to international and large Iranian companies. The position is located in the Shurabad, Tehran, and reports to the company director. DUTIES: - Manage, track and record daily expenses and petty cash - Make payments on behalf of the company on a daily basis - Track staff attendance, overtime and assist in payroll - Comprehensive analysis in all revenue categories - Track customer activities and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner - Clarify and resolve invoicing issues with customers to secure timely payment - Complete filing of invoices and other accounting documents - Build strong working relationships with customers - Generate applicable reports timely - Make deposits - Assist colleagues as needed - Attend staff and other scheduled business meetings - Perform other tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

- Education: Post-diploma and Bachelor - 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and administrative services. - Language: English - Intermediate - Proficient analytical skills, investigate and problem solve transaction, customer invoice issues, and payroll - Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills. - Proficient computer skills in excel, word, and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
