Job Description
Responsible for recognition, acquisition, preparation, validation and verification of required data for operational and financial analysis Responsible for the reporting and analysis of operations, financial statements, M&A activities and for partnering with operation teams to analyze day to day business activities and projects. Partner with the leaders & provide pertinent data to establish operational and financial objectives alignment with strategic goals and drive toward results. Prepare and review key performance indicators and assist with Root Cause Countermeasure process (RCCM) Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the plants and communicate overall performance of the company to influence actions Responsible for developing models for forecasting, budgeting and any kind of look forward analyses. Respond timely and thoughtfully to adhoc financial requests and perform necessary investment analysis Improve processes impacting your group (financial and non-financial) utilizing continuous improvement tools and participate in group Coordinate the completion of various consolidated reports (e.g. capital & headcount)
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering 1-5 years of experience with expertise in feasibility study and financial analysis Conceptual understanding of Accounting Standards Masters in Industrial Engineering or MBA is a plus Fluent in speaking and proficient in writing in English. Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project and able to manage multiple requests at a time Collaboration: Working well with a range of people from across the business and in teams Analytical Skills: Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights Problem Solving: Provides practical solutions to problems Communication: Ability to communicate clearly across multiple channels of communication (verbal, email, PowerPoint). Leadership: Navigates and leads the team through high-priority last minute requests and other high stress situations.
