Job Description

- Coordination of all affairs related to the factory and communication with other managers to achieve the goals of the company - Supervising and directing all parts of the plant including production, product development, warehouse supervision, financial affairs, supply of materials and other matters. - Set up the plant activities plan within the framework of the company's grand strategy - Provide weekly or monthly reports to upstream managers - Support, monitoring, evaluation and project support - Creating a proper structure and organization in the following units - Performance appraisal of factory staff - Addressing the issues of factory personnel and action to solve their problems - Provide suggestions on the development of new factories or machines, the acquisition of new practices, product innovation.
