Job Description
Role: The Executive Office Assistant/ Office Manager will play an important role for Maxsun Dehshir PJSCo. You will help the executive team with organizational and administrative tasks, and be an integral part of the team. The position will be based in our Tehran offices in Zaferanieh. This role is based on a full-time work arrangement. Responsibilities: - Preparing and editing correspondences - Booking and maintaining travel arrangements for the executive team - Organizing and scheduling meetings - Monitoring and controlling expenses, handling invoices - Reviewing public relations, legal or financial documentation - General office upkeep, including maintaining office and kitchen supplies - Handling incoming and outgoing mail and curriers - Liaising in English with our International partners based outside Iran
Requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. - Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) - Good proficiency in English language (Writing & Speaking) - Outstanding communication and organizational skills - Be a self-starter: highly motivated, able to work independently, with high energy. - Preferred experience in Administrative, Logistics, and/or Human Resources role(s).
