Job Description

-Plan and monitor team activities, Check weekly/monthly team performance & reporting. -Recording, reviewing and analyzing the reports submitted by the train staff to take the necessary measures to solve the reported problems. -Preparing and presenting reports related to the condition of trains to provide reports on the causes of delays, problems created in the route and movement, in order to interact with the railway and perform the necessary follow-ups, etc.). -Reviewing and controlling pre-contracts related to Mashhad region in order to ensure the accuracy and precision of contracts. -Reviewing and monitoring the performance of contractors in the relevant areas and continuous monitoring of projects related to contractors in order to ensure compliance with all provisions of the contract. -Supervising the performance of the hotels in order to ensure the quality of services provided to the guests and staff. -Reviewing the status of the contractors (Laundry, Hotel, Catering, etc.) in order to ensure their accuracy and eliminate possible discrepancies. -Follow-up and supervision of matters related to the approval and receipt of licenses.

Requirements

-Minimum bachelor's Degree in Business Management, MBA, industrial engineering or similar relevant field. -Minimum 5 years of work experience. -Experience of managing people and team leadership skills. -Problem solver with a solution/implementation focus. -Great interpersonal and communication skills. -Negotiation and Presentation skills (English and Farsi). -Effective strategic planning abilities. -Effective forecasting and budgeting skills. -Flexible with traveling across the province. -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 50
