Job Description

- Lead multiple sprint teams ranging from 2 to 5 Software Engineers. - Be responsible for owning features developed by your team in each phase of a project - design, implementation, code review, QA and deployment to production. - Identify and deliver solutions and strategies to push the boundaries of our tech stack to handle sociability and performance goals. - Drive the creation and execution of quarterly road maps for product enhancements and technical improvements, in collaboration with product management to align with Way fair's business strategy. - Actively mentor and coach all direct reports. - Plan and budget for headcount resourcing to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Gender: Male - Maximum Age: 38 years old - Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry - Level of Education: MA - Work experience (Minimum): 10 years - English proficiency - Mastering engineering in the fields of chemistry and metallurgy and manufacturing of machinery and related software - Useful experience in manufacturing machinery and spare parts - Useful experience in working with maintenance systems and related software - Introduction to Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Design Software (Catia- Cad -Eplan) - Knowledge and mastery of organizational behavior and research and development - Relative Dominance on Statistical Techniques - Mastery of problem solving methods - Management Unit of Engineering and Research
