Objective of the role: Creating fundamental knowledge about 3 to 13-year-old children and their needs and characteristics for using in craft and toy design. List of responsibilities: Having courses and workshops about 3 to 13-year-old children and their needs and characteristics for designers to enable them to design products more precisely. Assessing designed products for their features, whether they are appropriate with children needs and capabilities. Reporting to: Design manager, Chief innovation officer. Subordinates: No subordinates. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00. Travel requirements: No. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.
University Qualifications: Bachelors or higher degrees in educational science, children psychology and consultation. Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years in educational science and psychology. Specialist knowledge: - Familiar with educating the 3 to 13-year-old children. -Familiar with toy design. - Experienced in developmental psychology, educational psychology and psychology of the game. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Ability to work as a team member - Excellent communication skills.
