Objective: To ensure effective and efficient delivery of company products to customers. Main Responsibilities: • Coordination with planning, warehousing and sales functions to ensure smooth delivery of product to customers • Troubleshoot distribution related issues and Provide timely response to all these issues • Monitor ongoing distributor performance through development of and tracking of key performance indicators • Coordinate all distribution schedules to ensure timely deliveries, quality of product upon delivery, and quality service provided by distributors • Communicate with customers and internal departments whenever there are changes in delivery schedules and quality assurance issues • Manage short-stock reporting to minimize inventory issues across Supply Chain • Manage the communication and rollout support for all new store openings with all distributors • Responsible for the Administration and maintenance of all distributor order guides used within the Supply Chain network • Responsible for Price Verification and variance reporting, and recovery of overcharges from all distributors • Assist in the selection of, implementation and training of new distributors where necessary
• B.S. Degree in Business or related field • A minimum of 3 -- 5 years food service experience • A minimum of 3 -- 5 years proven customer service experience • A minimum of 2 years experience in distribution, preferably food service distribution • A working knowledge and understanding of all distribution processes • An ability to understand and manipulate data and to then be able to translate the information available in the most understandable way to others • An ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional, clear, and efficient manner • Analytical comprehension and an ability to interpret data • An ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues and concerns; problem-resolution • Computer literate and familiar with working with MIS Software.
