Objective:
• Support employee retention goals through regional team performance, performance evaluations & individual mentoring
• Assist the Digital Advertising Manager and Marketing Director of Operations with forecasting and business growth
• Identify opportunities for departmental & company-wide improvement & solve for team issues and creates a tactical roadmap to ensure execution
• Oversee regional processes & projects
• Support client retention goal by leading regional Digital Advertising performance improvements & other initiatives
• Lead new account build process & actively assist Associates and Specialists through builds
• Develop solutions to meet clients' brand objectives and goals
• Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages, understand design, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising
• Self-reliant client communication, pitches & sales
• Manage individual projects
• Keep projects on schedule and manage time and budget
• Provide ongoing training to Digital Advertising team, maintain detailed knowledge of all new products, digital offerings and trends
• Monitor, review, analyze and report on all digital marketing KPIs
• Oversee SEO of websites, blogs, and social media channels
• Excellent execution of social media leveraging latest functionality, best practices and analytic
• Collaborate with fellow marketing team members—including graphics, content marketing, and video—to build engaging digital marketing campaigns
• Responsible for keeping informed of new technologies, trends, and digital marketing tools and bringing these ideas into consideration when building new campaigns.
