Job Description

• Oversee and drive the portfolio of digital marketing projects from planning to delivery and sustain support to ensure that projects meet established business objectives, time and budget constraints while achieving consumer engagement & conversion goals • Manage the creation and optimization of digital content including websites, emails and social media content • Responsible for day to day digital content publishing. This includes publishing new content, making text changes, file uploads, ad-hoc content requests, page builds, troubleshooting and updates of existing content • Ensure all digital content is on-brand, with a consistent style, quality and tone of voice • Identify and analyze metrics to evaluate project performance, create a feedback loop to optimize digital communication program effectiveness • Place digital media buys utilizing our internal systems and partner platforms to ensure the accurate and fast delivery of digital media campaigns. • Assess and lead selection of technologies for our digital marketing platforms, as needed • Tracks, reports and analyzes digital marketing initiatives and campaigns including web site visits, click rate, call to action response, etc. • Keeps up-to-date on new online marketing trends/practices and continually analyze and leverage the opportunities for growing organic traffic.
