Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools. • If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, Application, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with CRM and IT teams to coordinate our marketing, CRM, advertising and promotional activities. • Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement. • Principal duties and responsibilities: • Customizing and pulling sales & marketing reports from the CRM • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) • Manage end-to-end digital projects • Establish our Application presence to boost brand awareness • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to ensure brand consistency • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability • Monitor ROI and KPIs • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments • Analyzing the sales & marketing reports to achieve increasing number of customers. • Help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with internal legacy platforms • Organizational skills, which help the CRM Marketing Specialist juggle competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and management • Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration or any other related field. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable. • Strong writing skills to communicate with internal partners or even to write technical training manuals for end users • at least 3 years of experience in marketing within a Sales team in retail fashion industry. • Ability to create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships. • Familiar with MS-office (word & excel), MS-Power BI & SPSS. • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing specialist or Digital marketing manager • Expertise in the CRM software especially SPSS, Microsoft dynamic CRM, PBI, Google analytics • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software . Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication . Managing Customer Needs . Knowledge of the English language. • Age: 25-35
