Job Description

Responsible for digital brand development and e-commerce strategy - Drive delivery sales throughout each platform - Manage digital marketing calendar and budget per each region - Execution with 3rd parties and Franchisee partners - Day-to-day management of digital marketing channels and execute ROI driven activities to drive online sales, transaction and frequency (SEM, Display, Re-Targeting, Affiliate, Mailing, etc.) - Report & analyze all digital campaigns and take necessary actions based on related performance indicators (sales targets, online KPI s, social KPI s) - Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers - Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media - Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness - Be actively involved in SEO efforts - Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels - Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website - Collaborate with designers to improve user experience - Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools - Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date - Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in related fields (preferably in Management, Engineering, Statistics or Economics) - 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing - Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM - Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools - Skills and experience in creative content writing - Analytical mindset and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative, energetic marketing and branding expert with high business acumen. - Fluent English & familiarity with Arabic - Preferably experience in e-commerce platform and CRM - Preferably experience in SEM, SEO, Performance Marketing, E-Mail Marketing - Google Analytics certification is a plus - Excellent communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving environment - Strong analytical thinking and excited of data-driven marketing - Creative, break-through thinker, result-oriented, a good team-player - Explore new trends and technologies
