Job Description

- Desired DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases. He/She cross and merge the barriers that exist between software development, testing and operations teams and keeps existing networks in mind as they design, plan and test. Responsible for multitasking and dealing with multiple urgent situations at a time, DevOps Engineer candidate must be extremely flexible - Learning about and gathering new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company in order to grow the agile development environment - Providing system & server administration and direct support during various operations such as deployment and general production - Collaborating with developers to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices - Designing, implementing and testing agreed-upon infrastructures - Automating deployment of Linux applications, system configurations, and security settings - Prioritizing requests from operations, development, and product teams fairly while demonstrating a sense of empathy
