Typing, maintaining files and billing Manage the daily ebb and flow of patients screening and sorting mail, documents, and telephone calls; scheduling patient appointments and arranging referrals; billing patients and third-party payers; controlling accounts receivables; transcribing dictation; preparing medical reports Assist the physician during working with lasers Greet clients as soon as they arrived and connect them with the appropriate department Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone Answering or referring inquiries Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Answer the phone in a timely manner Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
