Job Description

>Main Purpose of the job: Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers. Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes. Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances. >Main Responsibilities •Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to the demand of the promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan •Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation. Ensure that demand is appropriately forecast-ed and maintained in all circumstances •Sufficient knowledge to be able to generate and maintain statistical forecasts in APO •Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive effective MBP processes to reach consensus demand plan. This becomes a primary input to the Dynamic Forecast •Analyze sales trends and provide bottom up demand proposal within MBPC

Requirements

•BA, BSc Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Mathematics •Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical/ numerical related field •Fluency in English both verbal & written communication •Interpersonal Skills •Data Management & Excel software •Planning and forecasting techniques •Communication and Presentation skills •Impact/Convince/Lead Others •Result Focus
