Job Description

• Assist the construction management team, with tracking of the construction progress/schedule, verifying Actual conditions of the project Vs approved Plans, processing of PCO (Potential Change Orders), Submittals and RFIs • Financial Estimation - Good Knowledge about Financial issues and Estimating Project Expenses. • Technical Reviews - Establish milestones in equipment purchase process. Track and Control Actual Situation of The project Milestones. • Capable of technical deep-dives into systems, networking, and storage with very bright, experienced engineers • Drive design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize unnecessary work. • Materials – having experience about material Delivery Process, from the viewpoint of scheduling, technical Specifications and Some Well Known Global Standards. • Project Control Skills – track project progress, interpret project's threats and opportunities, manage project change order requests, evaluate potential risks and generate technical reports for project's key stakeholders. • Documentation - Assists the Project Management team in order to develop documentation procedures and perform the procedure. Organize and maintain all records, correspondence, contracts, research analysis, and all other material related to the design, bidding, and construction • Quality Assurance - Assists the Quality Assurance team in order to develop project process procedures and control the procedures. • Provides management support for the client to coordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related performing entities • Review and Submit Subcontractors Invoices • Coordinate special inspections with onsite contractors • Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent fields is required • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager is required • Knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements • Knowledge of project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles is required • Knowledge of TIA942 and BICSI 002 standards • Knowledge of data center designing • Experience with construction contract administration is required • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software’s • Knowledge of Data Center Standard Specification • 3+ Years’ experience working in a Data Center environment • 3+ Years’ experience working in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
