- To check system frequently to assure that all requests are being fulfilled - To resolve problems by clarifying issues on pricing, customer experience, etc. - To escalate problems if they need further analysis - To maintain call center database and doing data entry.


- Good communication skills - Well customer orientation and motivated to take care of customers’ requests efficiently - Disciplined and structured character. -Preferred age: 22 to 32 years old -Previous similar experience is a plus.
