Job Description

· Provides customer service in a timely manner via several means like email, web sites and telephone. · order processing in available accounting system · monitor price & discounts correspondence to contractual terms; · consulting Customers about existing and new products, promo actions, goods availability, stock in transit etc. · Preparation and administration of shipping/delivery schedules on daily basis · ensuring correct& timely document flow between Company-Customer-Warehouse; · Documents’ filing & archiving; · Dealing with Customers’ complaints and organizing products replacement or returns; · performing other related duties as assigned (providing Customers with the copies of the conformity declarations, assist other departments on behalf of the Supply Chain Manager/ Supervisor, etc.).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related area. - Minimum 3- 4 years of experience - Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain and Customer Services - experienced with MS Office: Excel (advanced user), Word and able to learn how to use new software quickly; - Fluent English is a must - Possesses the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via text; literate speech; - Self-motivated, able to deal with multitasks and pay close attention to small details; - Able to prioritize tasks and complete them in high pressure environment; - Able to handle complaints and difficult situations; - Able to work in collaborative and team oriented environment;
