Job Description

•Main Objective: The Creative Services Department, within the Marketing Division, is comprised of three primary functions: Brand Support, Design, and Production. The focus is to concept, develop, design, produce, and distribute materials that ultimately support the retail shops through local, regional, and national marketing campaigns, signage, brand graphics, and artwork, uniforms, packaging, and various training, operations, and crew appreciation initiatives. This support encompasses activity across multiple categories and disciplines to include Print/POP, Premium/Ad Specialties, Apparel, Motion Graphics, Digital, and Traditional Media for our client, Samsung. •Main Responsibilities: -Manages the workflow of all creative needs of the field-based Marketing -Communicates with requester to ensure that all information needed to complete a project is provided -Works collaboratively with Designers and Production to ensure that all projects are accurate, effective and developed in a timely fashion -Assures that all projects follow the proper approval process -Provides direction and support to internal and external creative teams in the development of all Marketing Tools & Programs -Looks for continuous improvement opportunities in the creative development process -Maintains accurate and up-to-date report on hours -Keeps Senior Manager apprised on a regular basis of overall workload, potential issues, issues -Assists Senior Manager in maintaining accurate report of urgent projects that affect team bandwidth

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree required / Marketing or Advertising Degree is preferred -Minimum of 5 years of Account Management or Advertising Agency experience required -Experience working with Graphic Design Artists -Proficient in Excel, PP, and Word – some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred -Takes initiative -Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to multi-task -Ability to work under deadlines -Ability to think analytically -Experience in management of brand marketing in restaurant industry -Ability to recognize problems and problem solve -Ability to set goals and convert plans into action -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time -Organized and able to manage multiple priorities -Flexibility and capability to deal with constant change
