Job Description

Objective of the role: Performing all the marketing department administration tasks especially tasks related to tenders. List of responsibilities: - Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract/tender strategy - Report status of current tender processes to management - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues - General office duties, including maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning, etc. Tenders Analysis: • Initiate tenders participation (or rejection) based on management guidelines • preparing tender's required documentation, including required correspondence, legal documents, translations, etc. • building inquiry lists out of tender documents to clarify the tender requirements • meet the deadlines on the tenders efficiently and make preparations in advance. • Preparing bid-bonds • have a professional relation with other departments to obtain necessary info required for each tender • Post tender-submission follow ups You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require Reporting to: Technical Sales Team (Tehran, Ahwaz). Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday (7:30 - 15:30), Thursdays (7:30 - 11:30). Working hours might be extended based on the deadline of the tasks in hand. Travel requirements: Occasionally. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Would be negotiated on job interview.

Requirements

University Qualifications: MSc. in business management, business administration (MBA) or Economics. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years experience in related fields. Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Office knowledge - particularly Word & Excel and Visio. Soft Skills and Personality traits: • Highly organized • Ability to take instruction and work to own initiative • Able to work to tight deadlines • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management and perfect attention to details • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and be pro-active in seeking solutions to problems • Ability to work on extended hours .
