• planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs , transporting follow-ups • Negotiating with foreign customers. • Carry out Market Research and promote our product portfolio in potential geographic area. • Capable to handle all formalities for: Export Affairs, Customs, Shipment issues, Insurance, Banking Affairs. • Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released • Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from P/I to shipping documents • Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility • Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs and Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Health matters • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods • Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or futures markets • Familiar with commercial and international business terms, contracts and regulations • Managing and technically clearing customer orders. • Capable to handle all formalities for: Export Affairs, Customs, Shipment issues, Insurance, Banking Affairs

Requirements

• Minimum bachelors degree, in business administration, economics or other related majors • At least 5 years experiences as a commercial expert (Experience in medical device field would be a priority) • Familiar with general & commercial English. • Familiar with LC conditions, Incoterms, custom regulations, road and sea transportations and document. • Familiar with Logistics Terms & Customs Clearance Process • Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office) • Self-motivated and ability to work independently & in a team environment • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadline • Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws • Highly familiar with Incoterms and shipment regulations • Good Microsoft office skills in both Farsi and English • Ideal Age Range: 28 to 40 years • Residence: Tehran
