Job Description
-Define the commercial processes, flows & related documents based on requirements -Monitor & audit defined processes, insuring complying with agreed criteria -Modify/Improve processes & flows as required based on business changes -Track projects status, report progress & obstacles, coordinate interconnected projects in order to create a smooth project management in commercial division -Provide managerial reports & presentations on progress and quality of assigned task, projects & missions within different units in commercial division -Coordinate meetings of commercial department, as well as external stakeholders -Manage M.O.M of commercial department meetings and follow them to find if there is any defects & add up to project plans -Work with Commercial Managers to develop and prioritize projects -Communicate with all other divisions to clarify bottlenecks and define opportunities for improvement within the division
Requirements
-2 years’ commercial experience -B.Sc. degree in Business management, industrial engineering, computer science, or related filed / M.Sc. in mentioned fields is a plus -PM tools -Process Analysis tools -Minimum understanding of finance principles -File management knowledge, transcription, and other administrative procedures -Six sigma Tools -Experience in managing projects -RACI Matrix -Working English knowledge •Skill & Ability: -Microsoft office -Reporting & presentation -Multitasking -Communication & negotiation -Problem solving -Perfect written communications -Conflict Management skills -Strong internal and external customer services skills -Analytical skills -Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team •Attitudes: -Team worker -Innovative & creative -Collaborative -Approachable -Problem Solver -Customer Focus -Pressure tolerant -Good listener -Detail oriented *Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40
