-Assess the technical needs of the organization and choose the right tools for short and long term needs -Manage the technical team and establish a friendly team environment -Easily communicate with other teams in the organization (marketing, support) -Lead the technical team (IOS, Android, front-end, back-end) during: •Sprints •Develop the work spirit •Providing synergies between developers •Motivate &focus them and prepare the platform for their work to be done better
Requirements
-Proficiency in PHP programming language, preferably Laravel framework -Proficiency in front-end programming -Proficiency in object-oriented programming and concepts of MVC and pattern design -Proficiency in software production methods, project planning and scheduling -Proficiency in API design and use -Full proficiency of MYSQL database and different database design -Proficiency in NoSQL -Familiar with Android and IOS platforms to work better with relevant teams -Familiar with cloud Systems -Familiar with UI/UX concepts -Technical team management experience -English language proficiency in reading English texts -Regular, hard-working, intimate, energetic and with a start-up spirit -Analysis and architecture skills -Deep technical understanding of mobile and web application development technologies, web and mobile products, and server infrastructure, specifically in high load environments -Fundamental understanding and hands-on experience using and implementing agile methodologies such as scrum for development teams -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 35
