-Solving complex individual queries, optimizing Budget reporting solutions which require in an individual process
-Administering exceptions of the processes
-Supervise & coach HR Payroll Specialists & Professionals in process area of specialization
-Planning personnel budget as well as HR & Administration Department budget and preparing annual budget by given format of Finance department
-Conducting budget-forecast-actual comparison and comment on deviation
-Develop and improve the existing HR data model and reporting structure
-Prepare regular and ad-hoc report (s) and dashboards for senior management and if required Global HQ
-Manage and promote efficient HR Payroll Services delivery of the specific process as well as corresponding interfaces, proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics. Responsible for all exceptions in the administration of the specific process
-Responsible for or handles highly complex queries and intense consulting needs of defined HR Budget & other functions personnel budgets as well as ensuring administrative and coordination support for other HR related queries. The position take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses
-Ensure contact with HRBP’s and other HR Professionals and proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of local HR systems (ERP, SAP) management of designated processes and interfaces for Country level
-Reporting to: Human Resources Business Partner - C&B Expert
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any relevant degree
-Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience either in Finance or HR
-Analytic Thinking skills
-Specific HR knowledge and a high degree of policy interpretation as well as legal Tax & SSO requirements
-Fully aware of Payroll, Tax & SSO Laws
-Excellent command in Microsoft tools and experience in working with Local ERP's (Knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage)
-Excellent Time Management skills with the capacity to meet challenging deadlines
-Capability to lead and supervise a young team
-Excellent Command in English (Knowing Turkish Language will be considered as an advantage)
-Experience in creating and evaluating Departmental Budgets
-Solid experience in working as a Team Player, with a creative mind set
-Capable to Travel domestically to our Local Factory site when needed
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 40
