Job Description

1- To ensure the entire workflow of banks 2- Ensuring the control and coordination of all deposit accounts movements in banks 3- Preparing the instructions for daily entry and exit of the Bank and ensuring that the transactions are carried out 4- Tracking and controlling all checks 5- Monitoring POS collections, managing processes in communication with related departments of banks 6- Monitoring, control and accounting of Bank Loans 7- Realization and control of Leasing and Factoring transactions 8- Monitoring of transactions of company credit cards and special purpose payment cards 9- Analyzing financial and related commodity risks and identifying appropriate derivative products within the scope of risk management processes and conducting transactions in accordance with the approved Risk Management Regulation 10- Preparation of annual cash flow projection and periodic comparison with realizations, taking necessary financial measures depending on projection 11- Generating reports on the specified period and performing analysis based on the report results 12- Ensuring the follow-up and control of all bank transactions (instruction, balance control and accounting record etc.) of AGT Foreign Trade Company 13- Monitoring and controlling the special finance and bank transactions of the members of the Board of Directors 14- Supervision and control of the operations carried out by the Finance Specialists in all processes within the scope of their responsibilities, supporting the Finance Manager in the activities related to representation and developing the managerial competencies to act as proxy to the Finance Manager when necessary. 15- With the approval of the relevant director and the authorization of the Human Resources department, in addition to the definition of the Finance Manager's duty, to take on the duties of the Archive Responsible, To fulfill the responsibilities in the definition of the Responsible for the Archive Responsible. 16- To fulfill other duties given by their superiors. 17- To have quality consciousness,

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree preferably from Master level - Minimum 5 years of similar work experience - Good command of English or Turkish - Dominate tax and accounting legislation - Dominate MS Office and ERP programs - Advanced analysis and reporting capability - Prone to teamwork - Ability to establish and manage organizations
