Job Description

• Creating a strong finance team in holding, generate the process and progress, finance team chart and policy. • Direct and execute all progress in subsets companies of Holding. • Manage and co-operate with ERP execution team to install and run finance part of ERP in the holding and subset companies. • Handle and manage all daily finance activities by finance teams and report regarding payments, taxes, VAT, bank Prepare and review approval financial statements and reports. • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. • Monitor KPIs, analyze variance vs. budget and historic, propose corrective action plans. • Supervising on financial accounting systems, credits and banking affairs, insurance affairs, ministry of finance instructions. • Providing and interpreting financial information and pinpoint the potential weak points. • Analyzing cash flow, Cost Controls and expenses to guide business leaders and its Management. • Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in one of the following fields: Corporate Finance, Financial management, Business Management. • More than 10 years’ experience in Finance field, +3 years in managerial position. • At least 3 years' experience in financial field in a construction companies is must. • Senior financial management experience in international companies is strong plus. • Strong in teamwork, problem solving, time management and leadership skills. • Be able to work with ERP system in paperless internal progress company. • Advanced MS Office skills • Business Analyst skill • Effective Communication • Fluent in English • Familiar with legal law, insurance and banking progress. • Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
