Job Description

Sure level Iran Ltd, a manufacturing company based in Tehran is seeking a Chief accountant. The successful candidate will be operational, hands-on, results-driven, and proactive. The role will report to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the end to end financial processes of the business including, - Produce and analyses monthly management accounts for submission to Group Finance - Attend Month end call with Group finance to review monthly financial results - Control of stock reconciliations and costing reports - Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns - Run monthly payroll and submit payroll taxes to authorities by deadlines - Human resource administration and staff development - Cash flow management including bank reconciliations - Control of the nominal ledger, trial balance and chart of accounts - Generate the annual budget and cashflow forecasts - Receivables and payables monitoring and control - Negotiate and manage contracts to include, insurance, utilities, communications - Manage yearend audit, liaise with external auditors ensuring the accuracy of statutory accounts - Ensure internal controls are effectively implemented and monitored in line with Group policies - Prepare such other financial reports as may from time to time be required - Liaise closely with the General manager, notifying potential issues which may affect the business - Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as may be required - Continual improvement of systems, reports and management information - Other responsibilities as required. - good knowledge of cost price calculation and manufacturing accounting are a must
