Job Description

- Lead and develop finance team to achieve company goals - Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed - Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions - Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting - Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies and more - Budget control in company, department and project levels. To manage and control company financial risks and issues - Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met - Supervise the preparation of tax reports and approvals of relevant reports for submission to relevant departments and agencies; - Preparation and compilation of tax returns, including seasonal report of transactions and reporting of activities subject to VAT - Preparation and compilation of tax returns at the end of the year, including statements of performance, financial statements and presentation of them in due time to the authorities related - Develop long-term business plans based on financial reports related to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses etc. - Direct and coordinate financial activities of workers in a department - Coordinate and supervise all financial accounting and reporting activities of Factory Finance, ensure full compliance with Company's Policies & Procedures and Local Statutory requirements - Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts - Preparation of fiscal financial and statements including balance sheet and income statement - Perform all accounting operations based on standard and legal accounting principle

Requirements

- BSc degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related fields - Fluent in industrial accounting and foreign commercial accounting - At least 6 years of accounting experience - At least 2 years of managing or supervising experience - Skilled in Financial Software (Hamkaran System & Rahkaran System) - Good command of computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) - Familiarity with tax, Insurance, Accounting standards and Business rules - High ability to analyze financial statements and budgeting reports - Attention to the detailed work and accuracy in accounting procedures - Very good at problem analysis and problem solving
