Job Description

-Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center -Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards -Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets and other supporting statements in accordance with accounting standards -Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits -Maintain and improve a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively documented and managed -Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company compiles with legal and business requirements -Maintains a high standard of professional commitment to quality of service and image to ensure the group philosophy in this regard is upheld at all times -Provides feedback and professional advice and guidance to subordinates to facilitate in their overall development and enhance their contribution -Reporting To: Finance Manager
