• Supervising heads of regional stores to ensure that they are leading and mentoring their teams successfully
• organizing heads of regional stores results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, and appraising results.
• Meeting with the heads of regional stores weekly.
• Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness.
• Presenting sales results to the CEO
• Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
• Commitment to the principles of budget and program fulfillment.
• Problem-solving skill
• Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting.
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Expert in Excel / Word and Powerpoint presentation
Minimum five years’ experience in leading a sales team.
Strong Leadership skills with a coaching mindset.
Ideal Age Range: 33 – 45.
Good presentation skills.
Eager to learn and improve
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Sales and marketing knowledge
Required to have frequent trips.
