Job Description
• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values. • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS/BSS operational management and development • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements • Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the Technology Services Manager • Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of users; manage and prioritize ongoing support requests
Requirements
• B.Sc./M.SC. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline • At least 6 years experiment in the same field. • Good Knowledge of BSS/OSS • Good Knowledge of ERP • Computer programing (Java, python, Linux ,SQL.) • Good Knowledge of Enterprise Service management • Good knowledge of 3G/4G technology
