Job Description

-Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term -Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media -Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding -Strong follow up on promotion analysis (Before & After) to improve and manage the allocated budget -Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items -Analyze Market, determine marketing goals & evaluate competitors -Develop brand positioning strategies based on market research findings -Plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve the assigned business target -Design and approve the creative development of promotional materials, advertising solutions, and other marketing-related projects especially in building industry -Executing and managing of advertising events -Collaborates with management to define and develop marketing strategies to drive profitable growth -Marketing share by identifying, planning and executing the activities required to ensure successful achievement of marketing business objectives -Develops, implements and/or maintains all standardized marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area ensuring consistent look and feel for internal and external communications -Develops and/or implements marketing policies and objectives -Specialist knowledge: dominate: -Personality traits: Good communication skills, creativity, self motivated, good decision-making skills, business-minded, manage their time and budget efficiently.

Requirements

Requirements -University Qualifications: minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, related field preferred or MBA -Other certifications obtained: managerial course, marketing course, advertising course -Nature and length of previous experience: at least 6 years of relevant experience with Brand & Marketing -Familiar with marketing and branding principles and strategies -Strong analytical and communication skills -Problem-solving abilities and capabilities and also creative in the active field -Detailed experiences about brand management, marketing planning, development of promotional materials, and advertising solutions -Able to negotiate effectively -Responsible and flexible -Self motivated
