Job Description

-Promote and sell cosmetic and beauty products -Recommends and introduces products based on customer need and assists them in choosing right products -Achieve Sales Targets -Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses -Perform chain store duties such as inventory counts, shelf cleanliness -Track and report customer needs, issues, interests and monitor competitor's products and sales strategies -Monitor stock levels and re-order items -Reporting to BA supervisor periodically including daily and weekly reports *Rotating Shift Work Schedule: -Morning Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 (15 days) -Evening Shift: 15:00 - 24:00 (15 days) *Based in Hyperstar Chain Store (Bakeri expy) *Desired start date: ASAP *Salary and Benefits: Base Salary+ Monthly Incentive (Sales Commissions) + Transportation Allowance(Evening Shift)

Requirements

-At least 1 year experience in related field Having experience at the same position in Hyperstar is a plus -Having relevant certificate in related field is a plus -Flexibility in work schedule -Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays -Excellent Sales Skills -Excellent communication and negotiation -Hard worker and Great Team work player -Result-orientated -Sharp and fast learning -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35 -Gender Preference: Female -Current Residence: Tehran (West preferably)
