Job Description

B2B Sales Rep & Account Manager: Identifies, prioritizes and closes sales opportunities and maintains existing accounts. Reporting to Sales Director, he will be responsible to meet the quarterly sales targets and maintain the existing sales accounts. Target markets include government, banking & finance, insurance, Oil & Gas and large enterprises. His main Performance Indexes: - Volume and number of quarterly closed deals - Contract renewals The compensation model comprises of: - Fixed salary - Sales commission - Team performance In case of admission to job interviews, his activity will include one month of training and one more month of probation.

Requirements

Basic Requirements: - 3 Years+ of experience in selling technology (Hardware, Software or Service) to large enterprises - Can provide referable sales success stories - Passionate about learning new technologies and sales methods - Skillful in writing business letters in Persian - Solid Computer and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to comprehend written English Preferred Requirements: - Having the experience of working in a Service Provider environment - Good knowledge of computer networks - Good understanding of computer software development Personality: - Having a great passion for success - Initiative, proactive and builder with a positive attitude - Good communications skills - Willing to learn and teach continuously - Hard worker with the ability to multitask
