- Organizing, planning, controlling and following up the internal activities related to the Managing Director. - Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments - Handling Communication with the personnel, managers and organizations - Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material with MS Office Suite.
