Job Description
Typical Tasks : - Typing Letters both in English and Persian, Reports and Records - Act independently, or in accordance with instructions - Compose correspondence - Attend and take notes at meetings, hearings and conferences, and prepare summaries - Deal with administrative issues - Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings - Management of office equipment - Handling external or internal communication or management systems
