Job Description

- Build brand innovation & Communication strategy - Assist in the brand’s day-to-day operational activities including monitoring brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis - Adapting, Executing and developing strategies and campaigns across online & offline platforms - Generating brand love amongst consumers & Building brands with purpose - Agency management on execution - Converting & executing the J2BD into communication tasks & role for communications - Track in-market performance using key metrics such as USG, Penetration, and Distribution - Localizing the global strategies, innovations & communications within the 70/20 projects - Conduct and provide an update on the performance of communication on consumer attitudes and latest trends using tracking and social listening - Explore & execute media channel planning, including insights about consumer journeys, new/evolving/smaller channels - Exploit the foresight & insight on the Market & consumers and integrate them into the business needs - Initiating and landing the strategies, innovations, and communications within the 10 projects - BMI shaping, budgeting & control per activity - Drive end-to-end campaign orchestration from establishing the strategy to brief development, through creative and media execution, to measurement and reporting, ensuring clear communication throughout each step of the process - Tracking perceived product performance, defining and leading the necessary action plans to improve product quality & consumer satisfaction - Shaping & Delivery of the brand P&L through strategic pricing, volume forecasting, product cost & profitability with relevant internal stakeholders
