Job Description

• Initiate and carry out general ledger bookings • To control and record accounting documents (invoice, expense claims, etc.) as per procedures • Carry out bank reconciliation, accounts payable • Support to Chief Accountant at stock bookings, routines for fixed asset bookings and depreciation calculations • Support and carry out VAT, Tax Return, Seasonal reports and Withholding tax rules transactions • Other daily works assigned by the department head • Maintain a good atmosphere in the team • Take own initiatives to improve and maintain the work in the accounting department • Make sure to acquire knowledge to be able to be efficient

Requirements

• University degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance or Economics • Minimum 2-3 years of Accounting background knowledge on Iranian standard chart of accounting, tax legislation and SSO • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, excel) • Analytical thinking skills and ability to work straight forward job environment • Very strong interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented and highly disciplined individual • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and additionally Turkish is preferable • Residence in Qazvin and sometimes visit to Tehran Head Office in case of necessity • Reports to Head of Accounting
