• Dominant in S&OP processes. • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Ability to technical understanding to product, material and machinery. • Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Advisor team. • Preferred have worked experience in the cellulose industry. • Have strong communication skill and negotiation skills. • Familiar with contract processes. • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. • Familiar with calculation P&L and financial processes. • Management power and leadership of personnel.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. • At least 5 years’ experience in related fields. • Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software. • Gender: Male • Location: Fars/shiraz
