- Lead and coordinate sales team to deliver objective by category, also deliver business objective.
- Create synergy among the team through team work motivational plans.
- Targeting and ability to design different business plans to sell toward achieving targets.
-Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team. Also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
- Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in their daily job to reach their sales target
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Develop and monitor customers to achieve business objectives.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Responsible for forecasting sales volume of different category of business.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Age: Minimum 35 years.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in related fields.
- Having experience of working in FMCG companies
- Good command of Turkish or Russian language, English Language is an advantage to.
- Ability to work outside Iran.
- Experience in working in Multi-national companies is a plus.
