- Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns - Direct, motivate and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals - Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes and other promotional material for adherence to specifications - Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies - Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts - Identifying advertising objectives - Developing advertising strategy - Managing all advertising efforts and entire advertising department, when necessary - Meeting with other departments to provide marketing and advertising advice - Input in hiring advertising, promotion, and marketing staff - Overseeing the daily activity of advertising, promotion, and marketing staff - Design and development of Advertising plans and policies - Management and organization of brand affairs and corporate identity - Advertising Planning for launching new brands on the market
• Education: Master of degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field • Previous experience: at least 5 years of relevant experience with advertisement • Language Skills: at least Intermediate in English • Dominate On MS-office • Gender & Age Preference: Male/ Female- 27: 37 Must be able to analyze industry trends in order to determine the most promising strategies for their organization or clients. Good communication skills, creativity, good decision-making skills, and well-developed organizational skills in order to manage their time and budget efficiently while directing and motivating staff members.
